    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    oooh, doing lots of things at the same time? :D They only mentioned foxes and hedgehogs on the programme but it says there are 6 other 'animals' we can be.

    Loved the tests, the letter/number one was excellent but hurt my brain after a bit :rotfl:

    just spent £38 in tescos :eek: but that was sandwich stuff for boys packed lunches and veg and fruit tins of tomatoes

    just read your list out to dh he would love to try some of those dishes

    i have golden syrup here but no honey i don't think, we have a few spices like tandori and chinese

    and i bought everything on your list except curry powder and lentils did buy leeks that were reduced too

    I would use the chinese spices and a bit of oil and rub the ribs and then grill or roast them.

    i'm trying to paste and copy bb's menu she did for me onto a word document too keep and its saying too big? any other ideas?
