You might want to have a look on the OS board and maybe start a thread there on what you've got in your cupboards etc.

i went on there before and done that, was told i would get 17 meals out of what i had but no-one told me what

Meatballs - you can have with pasta in a tomato sauce.
Fishfingers - fishfinger sandwich. Yum!
Pork chops - do a roast or grill them and have lots of veg.
Shreeded beef and pork, maybe do a stir fry?

maybe with the steak do a steak and onion pie?
