    To change text colour (I'm guessing that's what you really meant) highlight the text you want to change then click on the arrow next to the A in the tools list and select the colour you want (white to make it invisible) et voila...

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.

    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Try sitting with your face over a bowl of boiling water with a towel over your head as a 'tent' to keep the steam in and inhale the steam!
    A couple of drops of Olbas Oil in the water will REALLY clear your system out!

    Just eaten my dinner.....couldn't wait until dinner time. Diet has been shiite over the past few days but stayed within my points today so hopefully not too much damage done. Diet coke and cups of tea for the rest of the day now.

    Not sure if I'm fighting off another cold Buffy, so I know some of how you're feeling. Been coughing fit to burst over this weekend which has left me with a dull headache.

    i had a headache friday and yesterday not sure if thats what made me sick or the salmon, i have just eaten my dinner and my stomache feels ok, so hopefully last night was a 1 off
