    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    yes the hat is still available in the shops, but nathan is now saying he never gave the hat to the boy

    Would love to be able to Linda, but can barely manage 20 mins on the treadmill. I've never run 'outside' so I have no idea how far I could manage.

    PaP only just caught up, how awful for your mum, like you say keep an eye on her(like i know you will x) as shock is a funny thing.

    Linda i`d certainly come & cheer you on but am rubbish at running. I do however keep thinking that i`d like to maybe do the race for life i keep seeing advertised...
