PaP only just caught up, how awful for your mum, like you say keep an eye on her(like i know you will x) as shock is a funny thing.

Linda i`d certainly come & cheer you on but am rubbish at running. I do however keep thinking that i`d like to maybe do the race for life i keep seeing advertised...

A few of us might be all doing the Race For Life in Bath in June if you want to join us for another DFW weekend?

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

RFL is definitely more manageable than a half marathon and Bath is supposed to be beautiful. Do you know which date it is yet Linda?

I'm not sure I'll be able to make it to Bath. If I stay for the 2.30 race, I'll miss the last train home :o
