I've used 25/25 points allowance and done 6 mins on the Wii fit.:o I should get on there and do some more but once again as soon as i got on it everyone else wanted a go.:cool:0 -
Ok i have decided i'm going to get off my backside and make it up to 30 mins on the Wii fit. I can't afford to become complacent if i want to fit into those clothes. Saying that the leggings i have on today are baggy so i'm going to wash them and get rid. Hopefully soon i won't have any size 20 clothes left.0

1 bowl of carrot and corriander soup with a roll and an activia youghurt for lunch

1 bowl of carrot and corriander soup with a roll and an activia youghurt for lunch

Well done Toolittletime.:T It takes a lot of effort to get around on crutches so you're probably doing more exercise than you realise.
neveah did you eat the chocolate?:D
Welcome Lisa ( my other Sister ) although i'm not sure you're allowed to join as you're a skinny minnie.:p It's not fair you eat more rubbish than me and you're so slim. It's proabably all the exercise you do walking the dogs and to the bus stop that keeps you that way Maybe i should get a dog, does anyone want 2 psychotic rabbits?;) I suppose i'll let you join and you can confess your sins. Stay away from the pick & mix.:D
