You should feel better if you cut down on the junk, i always have more energy when i do. The rabbits haven't done anything they're being good since they got their mansion but i wouldn't be able to have a dog with them just incase they went the same way as Donna:eek:. ( although that was a cat but YKWIM ).
  • Yes lets hope so!! Oh yeah I know what you mean - well like I said you can borrow ours anytime, lol

Be careful morocha cutting out a food group for too long it's not good for you.

So far so good today, i've eaten

    2 toast with spread
    small banana
    2 rice cakes
    2 oat cakes
    2 toast with ravioli
    fruit cocktail & natural yogurt

Tea's going to be HM chicken curry & rice. I haven't done any exercise yet but will get on the wii fit later. I went to the shop earlier and bought chocolate for the children and i didn't even want any myself. Normally i'd be fed up because i couldn't have it but today i wasn't.:D

ahaha funny u said that ! i could NOT do it... i did lots of exercise cos i have sinned.
i think i will try to cut down as much as i can but not completely. Plus i do not want to feel tired.. cos my wobbly tummy needs exercising.. and if i loose weight and it gets worse i think i could die !

Welcome chops, i'll add you to the first post.

morocha i'm glad you didn't do it you had me worried for a bit.

Yesterday i used 25/25 points and did 20 mins on the wii fit earning1.5 bonus points.

I've had to drop the car off at the garage at the other side of the village and walk home this morning, i'll have to pick it up later too. Unless by some miracle it's ready by 11am i'll be cycling the 3 miles there and back to pick Ds2 up from nursery  i haven't done it for ages so i expect i'll be sore especially on the way home carrying a 3 stone 4 year old.

Weigh-in day today for me, on the scales in my local Boots. I have lost.... 3lbs since last Thursday! Whoopee, I can do it if I try! That is mainly cutting out crisps and snacks, sweets, cakes (except the odd hot cross bun) and biscuits. I don't really feel that I am 'on a diet' as I am eating mainly what I want, but have to watch out for the sugar content of course (being just diagnosed diabetic). I'm really chuffed, as I have done no exercise at all, apart from being in the garden all day Monday pottering about cutting down bushes and sifting compost!

So that makes 4 1/2 lbs for me on this challenge so far. How's everyone else doing?
