I agree, it is driving me insane bringing loads of pots in every night, out again in morning, moving around the garden, fleecing and covering everything, getting a bit disheartened with it now.

I feel exactly the same way! It's adding a good 10 minutes onto my morning watering to bring stuff out and I'd love to have that extra time back in the mornings before work!

Sorry no, just to be clea everything that should be in the green house is in the greenhouse.

the pattys should be hardened off since early may which is whats ben happening, there is fleece over them outside, I already thousome looked a bit weird a few weeks ago.

interestingly for MORPHEUS- 3 of them look fine- 3 looks really weak. have you seen anything from yours??

Mightm just pull the crap ones. But the thing is they are not been fed at all.

I am worried about the AUBERGINES Is anyone growing these in a greenhouse?

they were straggling out of the pot as the roots were at the bortom. So I put them into a morrisons bucket ( slightly larger) and some of the bottom leaves have gone yellow- any ideas what this could be??
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

Oh absolutely, I'm thinking about getting them in now but there is lovely evening sunshine left to be had. I may not be bothered bringing them in later but I don't want to risk killing anything!

JUST finished eating my homemade pie accompanied by my first ever home grown veg - cut come again salad leaves - so am very pleased with my first harvest!!
Ahhhh.... lemony fresh victory is mineee!!!

Still only got the one out up here.... :( still better than nothing. It looks ok, nothing amazing.

BTW did you watch the last episode of "The Edible Garden" - she grew a Patty Pan and she used her nettle fertiliser to feed it.... think she said they need lots of feeding.

I'm so angry! I woke up this morning all cheery because its sunny and my cauliflowers germinated overnight. But when I went to check on the outdoor stuff it seems that something has eaten all of my salad leaves! I don't know what it was, but I suspect pidgeons are to blame.Stupid, evil little birds. I'm also going away this weekend, so I'm not sure I will even get to protect the rest of my veg before Monday! There's no salad leaves left, but I'm scared they'll attack my strawberry plants while I'm away.

Sorry about the rant, but I'm such a girl I nearly cried when I saw what had happened.
