  • It's not a waste just to drink it. I'll help if you like!
  • Make a dark chocolate ganache, add some baileys and form into little truffle balls or use to top a cake.

Baileys truffles can be frozen for about a month which is a good idea for little gifts. I would recommend freezing it in a block though as my truffle balls i froze last year all needed a reshape and dusting with icing sugar.

Or pop it in coffee/hot chocolate.

Shame I cannot have alcohol in any form i do miss Baileys.

I was quite surprised that Pink didn't offer to help declutter it :rotfl:That would be my suggestion. Comfy chair, good book, LARGE glass.......sorted :D

Oh I found the recipe (at the start of the GC I believe) for baileys truffles and since then I have made them as gifts for everyone :D (you name it birthdays, housewarmings, new baby the lot!!!)

Of course, in true 'me' style, I couldnt leave the recipe as it was (partly due to one of the recipients having a nut allergy) so if you would like me to post my version I can certainly do that :rotfl:

It doesnt use a lot of the Baileys but they are lovely ;)

  • Bailey's crispy cakes!

Add it to the chocolate when making 'normal' rice crispy/cornflake cakes.

    Gooier but nice.

I also chucked a bit in some butter cream icing the other day for a cake - it was LOVELY.
Disgruntled saver (hating low interest rates) who LOVES a good survey and a freebie!
