  • How rude. I got an email too from TNS. I've done far more assignments than those I've cancelled and I think they bloody have a cheek. Especially when they have set dates and times in which do to the visit and no flexibility.
  • Woohoo, picked up a bank job, cafe job, phone shop and phone call job today. Things could be looking up!

Is anyone else having trouble adding clients on Abai?? My hubby signed up to them but when he tries to add clients from the link on page 1 it just keeps going to the pulse panel and not the client he's selected. :(

I've just received the following from TNS:

"TNS RI aims to provide the highest standard of service to clients. Our goal is to deliver the finest quality results within agreed deadlines.

We have noticed that the number of visits you have cancelled has recently increased.

Whilst fieldworkers have the facility to cancel a visit, we would like to remind you that this is for emergency use only. We expect visits to be completed on the agreed date and within the specified timeframe. Cancellation should only be considered in exceptional circumstances.

Please register this as your first warning which will be logged in your work history. The standard of your work needs to improve or you may be blocked from some projects and ultimately could be removed from the TNS RI panel."

Now, given the number of assignments I've done for them in the past and the number of spots I've got them out of, you'd think they'd lay off with the veiled threats. As it is, I'll just consider this as another reason to not work for them.

I was worried it was just me and pointed out I have not cancelled anything recently and that last week I did a visit for them at short notice.
  • Sounds like TNS have just sent out the email willy nilly then. I wish they hadn't have done as it is tarring everyone with the same brush.

Yes, I like them too. What a shame that they hardly ever ring me though. :(
I'm lucky if I get two calls a year! I think that perhaps they might already have their preferred shopper/s in my area and use me as back up when they are not available.
How many assignments do other people usually get from them?

The first job they called me about they did not allocate to me as I could not eat one of the items :( just called them and was told that there are not any jobs in Kent now or next month at the moment. Doesn't match with Debthater as she is in Kent like me so I am still waiting for my first job with them:(

Whilst I remember just wanted to check if there is a set date Amber Arch usually send out the email. Not had one for April and I thought it might have been sent out by now - still waiting to do my first job for them as well.
