There is a "remember me" tick box by the right of the LOGIN button, tick that.

It works until you clear all cookies, as I often do it before logging into cashback sites to avoid problems with cashback transactions.

Most sites have session cookies and expire after a certain time, say half an hour for really popular traffic heavy sites.

You can elect to save specified cookies, so that when you clear "all" cookies, those ones don't get deleted.

Hi Ive read back two screens to yesterday and theres no mention... so had email from ABAi today about a new client to add. Is anyone else not able to add the client? I have emailed to say that it is not working. Sorry if other people did this days ago IF they are sending emails out in stages but if so Ive not seen an alerts for this new client in the alert thread. Or maybe they are adding people dependant upon which stores are available?

Ooh, I'm intrigued! I was not aware that they had a new customer!

Me neither until I got this email. It lists available stores and one is in my area so maybe they are letting people know when nearby stores are available. Its a supermarket (am I allowed to say this much!)... but I cannot get the job in my area until I can add the client. Have emailed back and asked if the store can be allocated to me and if they can manually add the client to my account.

When you sign up to the clients, or complete the monthly check list when you log in, you are agreeing not to discuss the jobs/clients with anyone, so chatting on here about them is in breach of your agreement with ABA-i...

ok i will delete my post then but i do not understand how i have done something wrong as we mention new jobs when they arrive and these are new jobs. I did not post in the alert thread as I could not see the jobs myself and still can't. So when we post things like ABAi catalogue stores what is the difference?

It's a new clause they've just introduced, as they don't want their jobs discussed on forums like this...
  • surely the obvious thing to do is to not use the same username/login details and don't be too specific when discussing MS jobs and areas.

This forum is getting a bit pedantic recently with regards to people telling others what they can and can't say. Surely it's up to the individual if they want to breach their agreement with the MS company (not condoning it, just stating a fact). Otherwise posts on here will soon consist of no information and this whole board will become rather pointless

Iv'e deleted my posts but I did not think I was breaching anything at all as I have not signed anything new. And I had not signed anything new for this new client as my point was that I was unable to add the client to agree to anything or see any jobs. This is the first time I have posted in here since the last time I was "told off" at the beginning of the week for asking for a pm so the best thing is I do not post in here but just stick to the alerts thread I presume as whatever I do someone has a problem with me.

Also I have just checked and only two days ago there was an ABAI alert in that thread so howcome this was not queried and the person was not told to delete?
  • Don't worry, some people on here like to think they are superior to others and are the self-appointed board police. It's all a bit pathetic really.

thanks for the advice, i have a cheapo lexmark one and it takes number 4. apparently pc world are the only ppl authorised to sell them and they dont make compatible cartridges. paid £4 extra for one that is supposidly 2 x the amount of ink. i do print most stuff as i am too lazy to make notes and often forget the nite before! often will just print one copy though if i do a few identical visits and use a different colour pen per shop (with a key). i am going to investigate 2 pages per sheet as i will be able to read that. get my paper from asda as is only £2 for 500 smart price sheets :)

may need to buy a new printer if cant buy cheaper cartridges. will research the price of ink for each before i buy!
