Don't get me started on Katie Price. She's a media !!!!!, nothing more and nothing less!
I reckon she only got married to Alex to get a spread with Hello, to pay for her phone bill for making Alex the winner of CBB!0 -

See maybe thats it - I like technical - I like to understand why I am doing this session and not that session, I like to see the data and calculate my pace as I go round, I like to compare my splits over one long run to one a year ago - I need this stuff otherwise I cant tell if I have improved and more importantly what made me improve.
Running is both an art and science - theres an art form to training versus overtraining and a science in terms of the right training versus the wrong training.
I am odd, but I cant understand why someone wouldnt want to have all that knowledge (whether they apply is of course up to them)...thats why I dont understand such things (and RW is just as bad to me tbh), I am unique and I want my plan to be that way too - I do not want to be spoonfed things that may or may not work - I want to make a best guess based on knowledge, input and then analyse the output and feedback to the input...
Told you I was nuts
No not nuts just you becky. I on the other hand like to run, run as often as I like, occasionally do a race but feel no pressure to beat this time or that time. Of course Id secretly like to be faster but I simply don't have the time to put in the hours that you do to improve and I think it might put me off running for lifeI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
