  • I like the magazine. I like pink. I wear makeup to run (most of the time!) and put makeup on to give birth (ok, so I puked my lipgloss off but the thought was there!)

I also know when I am being marketed to-and laugh at it! I get sucked into most ads for new laundry soap-a marketers (is that the right word?) have got me sussed to a T. Im ok with that.

Don't be so dismissive. She has huge brains. They've just dropped a little with age - that's all...

What are you all watching? I'm curtain shopping. Might as well end the week norty ehh :D

I'm not entering the male/female debate. I'm an old fashioned gal and love pink, lipgloss etc. I do believe men and women doing the same job should be paid the same though

See maybe thats it - I like technical - I like to understand why I am doing this session and not that session, I like to see the data and calculate my pace as I go round, I like to compare my splits over one long run to one a year ago - I need this stuff otherwise I cant tell if I have improved and more importantly what made me improve.

Running is both an art and science - theres an art form to training versus overtraining and a science in terms of the right training versus the wrong training.

I am odd, but I cant understand why someone wouldnt want to have all that knowledge (whether they apply is of course up to them)...thats why I dont understand such things (and RW is just as bad to me tbh), I am unique and I want my plan to be that way too - I do not want to be spoonfed things that may or may not work - I want to make a best guess based on knowledge, input and then analyse the output and feedback to the input...

Told you I was nuts ;)
