    don't know really I think sometimes its a bit more. It's very odd. I haven't seen any whoopsie stickers in my one just the % stickers

    ours only have the 30% discount too - never seen any freebies. But I know some stores give stuff away.
    3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!

    Only ever 30% off in our Lidl end of date products, which i think is a bit tight really!

    I knew Aldi reduce up to 50%. Lidl is not so generous...

    Much of the Lidl products are close to their sale by date anyway. Tis one of the ways they drive the prices down from the suppliers by taking the excess stock.

    30% off is the best I've seen too, but it's not always applied at the till...so beware.

    in the Canterbury one I've seen 30% off on milk, but once asked if a tee shirt that was minus it's wrapper and a bit tousled could be reduced, and was told by the manager (age 20 ish) that a woman came down from head office to reduce stock and they weren't allowed to reduce it themselves even when it was damaged.
