The "Search Electoral Roll" site is a joke - to request removal you must supply them with documentation that would enable identity theft:

"We provide a secure record removal page that is fully encrypted to ensure your personal information is processed securely. We are regulated and notified under the UK data protection act."
Notice how the page I've linked to is not encrypted. Also, what does it even mean to be "regulated" under the UK's DPA?!0 -
