  • short answer.. no, you won't get a loan. What you will get it ripped off by loan sharks and payday loan companies.

    If you're on benefits would you qualify for help from the social fund? Any charities that may be able to help? check out https://www.turn2us.org.uk any friends or family that can lend the money? any existing creditors willing to increase your limit?

    BUT you need to seriously think about it... being on benefits is not a good circumstance in which to be getting 2k of more debt.
