Oh OK, I'll look out for the new stock. The sale is still going on at my local Next clearance so I got confused.

so if they tell you quality control etc does that mean you aren't gonna get the order or are they just stalling

Yes I think they are. I've been told by the customer relationship dept that goods can be delayed at the start of the season as they check new lines but there is no reason for them to check the last items of a discontinued line and they don't know why customer services would say that they were.

I am still waiting for 6 items to be delivered from my sale order. The last time I ordered a suit for hubby in the sale I never received it. I complained and was told I could order any suit from the new directory and have it at the sale price of the original suit I ordered!

90% of the stuff I ordered from the sale never came so if you are still waiting it might be worth chasing them up to ensure you receive it. And then ensure they give you the relevant credits to make sure you don't pay for stuff you never ordered. We complained and got £30 of gift vouchers + some stuff from the new catalogue at half price but it took a lot of negogiation.
