Well it says that you can do your order by phone if you know what you want.
The trouble is I've already ordered what I want I just wanted a browse of what was currently available. I don't remember the site crashing this bad for previous sales, you would have thought that they'd make sure that the site could cope with demand.0 -

Hi after havin trouble with the log in yesterday during my time slot then forced to abandon it,next sent an email last night that i could order until 12am, after reading these posts I thought what is the point....all the stuff i want prob gone....but whey hey nearly everything i wanted I got!!!
I can see both sides of the arguments over codes, being a customer of next all year roundthrough the directory being given a VIP order is their sort of thank you and our treat a few times a year for being a loyal customer. I was disappointed yesturday when I couldnt order + thought all stuff would be out of stock due to the codes post..........but this thread is grabbit while u can ....and its all about MONEYSAVING! if a person does their research and can get what they want at a price they love....why not!£900 towards next holiday...ta very much Mr T x0 -
