NEXT summer sale preview

Hello...

Re next online ordering...is there anyway to check the status of your order? I have made several ordesr during the sale and a lot of it was 2-4weeks availability so am just wondering if i can check on this...

Ring the directory no and ask them to confirm the status on your outstanding orders. They'll probably give you a load of rubbish about quality checking etc. Say you're not happy and want to speak to their complaints/customer relations dept. The reps there have a much better stock checking system and can check against all the depots. If there is any stock anywhere in the country they can arrange to have it delivered to you. If not they'll often let you order the equivalent from the new catalogue at sale price or at least twenty five percent off. Good luck and remember be very nice to them!

I'm still awaiting some items, i never return via courier as don't like the Courier, leaves things on Doorstep or over gate shocking !!!

You are probably best ringing them. My sister, my mum and I all have accounts and order a lot from Next but I am the only one that gets the VIP invitations. Why do you want to be a VIP? If it is to be able to access sale items before the general public then I wouldn't worry as there is always a thread on here before hand that tells you the codes.

I never return by courier either but mainly because I find it easier to return to store at my convinience but have things delivered to my door. My courier is a great toothless old guy who now knows me rather too well! :embarasse

I don't quite understand this post. Do you mean there is going to be another £2 and £3 sale in the clearance shops or the current £2 sale is lasting until November?

The sale has finished and the next one to clear out all the stuff from the summer sale etc is due sometime November.

The sale is still on online, and is updated everyday with new things, so keep checking !

The next sale will be the one day sale which is on..... 30th September !
