thankyou, i just saw your reply, well, i have now swapped phones with my husband who has mine...he doesnt mind that the camera doesnt work and you cant save numbers in the phone or that you cant really use it as a phone as the signal is so bad through it lol...
I think I have just been unlucky, his phone is from orange and it works fine and hes never had any problems with it.
I havent pursued the matter any further now, I am just going to wait until the end of the contract and move over.0
