Awww... thank you! And here I am again hoping to catch up a bit more before I disappear off.
I see I woke you with that coughing in the middle of the night, sorry :o . I hope you got back to sleep okay? Or did the dogs get you up early for walkies? We have another beautiful morning here, hope you have too.

I was awake most of the night then at 5.30 it started getting light so I took the dawgs on the beach. Then we all went back to bed.

Oh dear, what am I being accused of doing this time?

If it wasn't for pickpockets I wouldn't have a sex life at all...

The neighbour saga - I ended up being reported to Environmental Health for the chiming of my clock and the noise of my tumble dryer amongst other things. The EH guy told me to change my phone number and keep a log.
That is unbelievable! Shame I hadn't met you in those days - would have volunteered the services of teenage son with drum kit!
I have the nicest neighbours in the world and it makes all the difference. Not sure quite what they think of us (though the drum kit has been gathering dust lately) but they remain pleasant, good humoured and tolerant.
    Chiming clock?!
    Tumble drier?!
... (thinks) we still have piano, computer, TVs, occasional yelling at each other (all in the interests of family life, you understand) and my very loud phone calls with hard-of-hearing Mum, which happen every night for up to an hour...
Just send them to me Redlady!

Oi, Mike! What you doing nicking my socks! You'd better wash them and post them back up or I'll cry!

My pregnant friend will swap you your knees for her "cankles" (a phrase I only learned the other day - her calves and ankles are apparently merged into one... couldn't see it myself, but there never was any arguing with this particular friend. You'd need to be incredibly stupid to try now she's pregnant :D).

Best skip of to yoaga... be back later :).
