poo, I don't have an intinerary but I'm going down on the morning of the 17th... not sure if I'll be any help but if I'm not wanted til the pub session then I'm going to have fish and chips by the sea and have a look around as I've never been to that area before. You are of course welcome to join me!!

Beyond that, I believe MerryWidow has mentioned all congregating in some pub at 7pm? Obviously depending on how far behind they get with the rebuild, as they do love a bit of drama and tension in the programme!!

Can't wait to meet you all, I know I've been more of a lurker but I'm just so so pleased for Mike and everyone xx

No, they were all booked up so got in to Sea Breeze B&B, double room for £35. It's just a stones throw from the East Beach. In Baysomething Road. There is a pub/club on the corner of our road and South Terrace called The 03 Club. It's the west end of South Terrace, so the other end (sort of) to Mike's place.

Just watched an episode with the grannies from Kingston and their dining room. Enjoyed it as always, but had tears running down my cheeks. It's sooooooo weird to think I'll be standing here with Nick's hand on my shoulder in 18 days' time!

coming out of lurkdom.....have been following your story since the beginning and just coming on to say how amazing you have the ending you wanted....this is just brilliant and yeh to people power on MSE...can't wait to see the final programme.......it is amazing how this has worked out for you, i am very happy....

DIY SOS say they'll feature man.

:T MSE thread continues to explode.

DIY SOS agree to do a Big Build episode, promise to finish the house.

:eek: DIY SOS start filming. Man and sons wet themselves.

:mad: Man spends whole damn weekend packing and cleaning bathroom.

:beer: Man stops writing summary.

:A Man moves to friend's house to dog-sit while house is finished.


There's a lot more going on between each stage of course, but the story's not over.

In coming issues:

:mad: Man watches disbelievingly as MSErs struggle to book a hotel room. Whole rebuild project involves fewer phone calls and problems.

Man and sons do the 'Open your eyes' bit. Wet themselves again.

:A Man tries to thank MSErs for all they've done and fails.

Man reveals a cunning plan to force builder to sell his house and repay some of the people whose lives he destroyed.

:T MSErs create website to help and support people who have been ripped off by crooks

:beer: Man's life restored, gets off incapacity benefit, starts working again, finds love and replaces car sold to pay for electrical and plumbing work.
