well, an awful lot has happened for you in the past few weeks. but definitely, since the start of the thread, your mood does seem to have lightened. that is, of course, not to say that you're home free and back to normal service, but at least it's something.

oh, and like you with your username, mine is also slightly misleading in that i'm no longer a 'mrs', nor a 'lawrence' ;)

    So you're a 'Mr' now?

This gets more confusing every day...

I have come late to this thread and have read the first part and the last part, the middle part will be read later.

Like Mike I have had identity problems on here too - people think that I am a chap when I am not despite my user name:rotfl:

I am a great believer in karma and that good things happen to good people and bad things happen to bad people. I see DIY SOS getting involved as a turning point for Mike and hope that he will be able to set up his graphic design business again and getting back on his feet.

    Good Luck Mike.

Good grief, is some doctor in Thailand doing a special offer or something?

    £200, all on-site rubbish removed...?

But thank you for the kind words. Means a lot.

I havent had a sex change - I was once stalked on the internet by a female friend she made my life hell and the police were involved etc so now when I post I use the name of Horace because it was the name of my first car:D

I am glad you have gotten your sense of humour back.

My excuse for not noticing your thread earlier is because I have been busy with my own business which is just over a year old. Good graphic designers are in high demand so when you're back on your feet then maybe you can start up again?

    Ciao

Hi guys - I'm still reading but somewhat sidetracked by a couple of 'challenging' family situations - no sooner was one mercifully made a whole lot better than we expected, than another raised its menacing head. It's really nice to come on here and get a healthy dose of insanity, purple wheelbarrows, high heels etc! For some reason this is guaranteed to be good for the soul ;)
By the way I think some of you should set up in business as travel agents, you would do superbly!
Oh, and welcome all newcomers and particular mention to the marathon [STRIKE]runners[/STRIKE] readers... I recommend ibuprofen for the headaches & eyestrain, cheaper than the branded equivalent and made of same stuff :D
