I imagine that with a few cans of larger/glasses of champagne you may have a few hangers on in the area in the morning- you might find it hard to get rid of them, especially all the envy of you having shiny new flooring and a washing machine etc.

Mike, I am so looking forward to seeing this on the television, unfortunately I can't make any of the dates or help in that way (blooming kids and appointments!) but it sounds like you all are going to have one hell of a party once it is all finished!

was going to ask you and all the other contributors to this thread whether or not it would be worthwhile you setting up a Facebook (*groan*) page dedicated to the revamp of your house; it's so you can post photos on there.

I am guessing some people will wish to remain anonymous like they do on MSE but hey it's just a thought.

Friday night and I'm sat here supping peppermint tea. Life doesn't get any better than this does it? I may have to turn to single malt scotch whisky later though. haha!:D
