You lead an interesting life
:T:T:T
Wishing you all the best with all these things - and thanks for the pictures, they are great evidence aren't they.
Off to watch a programme on blacksmiths, wishing it was about roof repairs. Ours has begun to succumb to the rain so you can take comfort in the fact your house is probably drier than ours, LOL.
I wouldn't bet on it. The water comes up out of the ground here!
Hope you find the leak!

P.S. Did you get a reply from the wife? Have I missed something?
Not a sausage.
Well she had her chance. I'm firm. Firm but fair... (NOT!)
It struck me how weird it is that you wonderful peeps are rooting for me... most of the sources on the net are for people being chased by big bad wolf creditor...
I'm not big or bad, and I'm just the middleman; If I could get this pillock to pay me I could pay my debts!
Funny old world, n'est pas?0 -

Give us details of when your story will be on the telly, (normally the only programme I think I might know someone is Crimewatch:rotfl:).
Hope you've remembered to gather all your evidence & doctors letter etc for your tribunal too. Good luck with that too.
Everything always comes at once with you doesn't it!! Just try not to get too stressed out over the next few days, been in limbo for ages now & you're finally getting your chance to have your say.
Wishing you the very best outcome with all of it!
I might be on Crimewatch at this rate...
If they do film it I will let you all know when it's on. We could have a party! Not here though cos the boiler's still out. And there's no booze. Or food. Or chairs... not much of anything really!
Big old packet arrived this morning. I thought the DWP had given in and were going to cancel the tribunal because my submission was so comprehensive and showed that I Am Not A Man To Be Trifled With... but it was just a copy of what I sent them on Monday! If I knew they did that I wouldn't have queued in the rain at the only shop in the nearby village of Stickett Upham with a photocopier.
Ta ever so for the encouragement. I'll probably have a quiet weekend because I know I have done everything I possibly can to move things along. And only because of the support from the wonderful people on here.
Had some Jobsworth from the council poking around the bins and leaving me a card through the door. He wants to discuss me keeping my wheelie bin off the road. If I'd been here he would have gone back to the office with it up his !!!!.

This 'help you improve your living conditions...' is that a euphemism for something?
I don't think the legal system concerns itself with justice.
You can come to the victory party too, or I'll send you a piece of cake.

Letter that you did for builders wife, just wondered if you'd heard anything back from her, any response at all?
I thought you were going to wait until after your next court bid for force of sale of the house before considering tax and vatman? Wouldn't they be paid before you???
After all the hassle you've had, it'd be a shame for tax and vat to jump ahead of you in the queue for payment.
Crimewatch!!!!LOL...I wondered what you got up to so late at night!PROUD MEMBER OF

No, she didn't respond.
Fair point about the tax creditors. But if they do anything it won't be for months or years. Certainly not next Thursday around 2am. Ooops, me and my big mouth!
Let's not go back to discussing my nocturnal habits. Nothing was ever proved.

Oooh Mike! I hope the scabby builder doesn't owe too much in taxes otherwise it won't be you forcing the sale! Or maybe that's your plan? Hmmm.... bit dicey as you will always come second to the taxman so I hope there is as much equity in his property as you believe!
Good luck anyway.

Oh and regarding the TV programme, we can all have a virtual party on here! We can drink as much as we like in our own homes and not have to worry about driving home! Think of it as a trial run for the victory party!
