    Hi Mike
Felt compelled to reply - dont often - but agree with speirsro that well wishes still remain although i was completley taken aback with your declaration of identity lol! However re read your thread and at no point did you make out you were some poor lady on her own in a derelict house and it doesnt change the situation any. Best of luck with your fight.

ps i thought mse fave RAS was a man for ages until it became apparant that he was a she lol!

it doesn't matter whether the OP is male or female, the op is looking for help. We try and help everyone, not judge them on their username, at no point did the OP give the impression she was female.

Mike, I think you need professional help, we are not legally qualified to help you, can you get a free half hour with a solicitor? Was the builder apart of the federation of master builders? If so, explore that avenue.

Thanks for understanding. I could have carried on using this account but it reached a point where it seemed dishonest for people to think I was a woman. It does make a difference somehow. More so than not using your real name. Please accept that no misdirection was even dreamt of! I'll try and get it changed but the rule said they'd only do it if you were using an email address as your username. I then thought about starting a new thread under another name but then I'd lose the continuity. And I get the impression many people other than myself are getting something out of the discussion here. Forgive me for the confusion I have caused. I'm a nice normal bloke really... and as mentioned, every word of what I've posted is absolutely true.
  • Hi Mike,

Been trying for the last hour and a half to reply to PM, 2 long messages (sorry), let me know if you got them. Glad you posted.

LOL After I got up off the floor!!! I made my own assumptions and do not feel the least bit misled Your problems are the same so nothings changed, makes NO difference whatsoever, you still need help, you still need support and you still need advice and solutions. STILL HERE... if & when you decide your next move. Did you get any response yet to queries or have any news about using the media yet?

Okay Lisa/Mike - that's out the way - I will reiterate what part of the country are you and if I or OH could give practical help do you want it?!!? As others have said it matters not what you are we all support one another, which I personally think is wonderful for ones morale. PM me if you would rather and wishing you all the very best - hope the girlfriend is supportive xx

Well if you promise you don't....!

Thanks for your support. I feel I've missed something, but I'll keep scratching around until I've got some proof that he can't pull a technicality and stop me applying for an order to sell.

(Can you believe my blasted boiler's packed up now?!!! Isn't life wonderful!)
