Please advise - it's all gone SO wrong

I had a letter today from the bank saying they're sending me the refund I'm due. This is significant. I won't have to hide behind the sofa when the doorbell goes. Well, not as often anyway.

So good news on both work and money... Yaaaay!
I had an energetic moring and just fell asleep on the sofa after lunch. Really must get myself back right for work next week or I shall be falling asleep there! And now I have heaps of tidying up, as DH is home tomorrow after a couple of days away and it looks as though I've done nothing. In reality I've just not done the things he particularly hoped I'd do
Older DS has the day off and is painting his room so there's a painty smell percolating down and I think I am going to go out.
Perhaps I should send him down to you when he's finished here, Mike?

What's everyone up to over the weekend? I'm off to see a property tomorrow (maybe 2). Stillllll house hunting as LL wants property back even though we've only been here nearly 5 months. :mad::mad:. There doesn't seem to be any suitable properties out there and for the record I hate estate agents, landlords etc. :mad::mad:
After that off to see my friend who I haven't seen for ages.

You sound utterly pooped. It's never ending, isn't it? May accept your offer once a few other stages have been completed...

DF - I love house hunting! It appeals to my nosey nature . But agree estate agents are less fun!

Miggy, you just need perfect that look that means your OH won't question a thing . Besides, you been unwell, you're supposed to curl up on the sofa!

Mike... shoes to follow If you promise to get out from behind the sofa!

SouthernBelle - don't worry when you see the shoes. I hace turquoise wellies with raindrops on them too . They live in the boot with my walking boots so thery're always there if I need them.

Ok, having same problem I had setting up the B&O stereo sytem! Dunno where I'm going wrong... photo has uploaded, photo has compressed... photo won't copy to reply box... eyes narrowing, patience has run off somewhere...

Maybe I'll have them up for you by Sunday Mike!
