My Dad interrupted a very rare hangover (DS is autistic so not may nights out come my way) to deliver 3 B&Q raised vegetable kits. He then proceeded to build them and then put down thick plastic to kill off my weedy garden. My garden currently looks like steptoes yard so a real incentive to get out there and do something. Bag of peat free potting compost from homebase reduced from £5.99 to 50p and only a small rip in the bag. Made me so happy it worries me!!!Challenge 2 adults food and household.

I got a energy saver thingamy bob from work, it looks like an adaptor and you plug the tv and sky box and it switches them off standby to save you money...and as I got home to find the electricity bill waiting for me, it will definatley get used!0

For years I have secretly admired a pine rack in a friends bathroom - well, today she offered it to me for free as it wont fit in with her new decor. I haven't stopped smiling since!!0

I got a very shabby chic butter/cheese dish from a charity shop for £1.75 today . Its pale blue with white dots and a pale lemon band around the bottom. It matches exactly one I baught from the same charity shop 18 months ago so I now have one for butter and one for cheese. I am a very happy bunny!JAN GC- £155.77 out of £200
