In the spirit of giving as well as receiving, gave some old saucepans to a friend, handy for camping and all that.

My Dad interrupted a very rare hangover (DS is autistic so not may nights out come my way) to deliver 3 B&Q raised vegetable kits. He then proceeded to build them and then put down thick plastic to kill off my weedy garden. My garden currently looks like steptoes yard so a real incentive to get out there and do something. So exciting :-)

For years I have secretly admired a pine rack in a friends bathroom - well, today she offered it to me for free as it wont fit in with her new decor. I haven't stopped smiling since!!

I got a very shabby chic butter/cheese dish from a charity shop for £1.75 today . Its pale blue with white dots and a pale lemon band around the bottom. It matches exactly one I baught from the same charity shop 18 months ago so I now have one for butter and one for cheese. I am a very happy bunny!
