hi yes tried to download Malwarebytes update in post 36 but wouldnt have it
no i didnt try Reluctants scan,sorry must have miss read thought it was if all others failed,
will try the Kapersky one and post back thanks again. Sorry for messing you all about

Hi i have ran kapersky removal tool 2 hours and 34 mins and it has come up with object;C:\Documents and Settings\martyn burke\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail\pop.mail.ya 18a\Junk E-mail\19D9591D-00000063.eml//[From "HSBC Bank Plc"<message-alert@hsbc.co.uk>][Date 14 Dec 2009 06:16:13][Subj Account Suspension Notice.]/html
and Trojan program;trojan-sp.html.fraud.gen.
cant quarantine do i just Delete archive or press Skip(recommended).
Then should i try Malwarebytes again or run the next program recommended please

Reboot and keep pressing F8 to get into SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING
Then try a Malwarebytes update. If that fails try a manual update that somones posted on page 1 or 2 (I forgets)

Remove everything in the JUNK folder
