You need to update Malwarebytes the latest database is #3746.
(Open Malwarebytes and click the update button)

If you can't download normally can you do it via safe mode and networking.

hi thanks,yes i can do it by safe mode i will run a quick scan once updated and post results on here or am i wrong to do that

er another problem,i am in safe mode and networking and when i try to update Malwarebytes it keeps saying-an error occured then a error code 732(1209,0)
so thats a no go unless is it possible to just download in safe only

Just out of interest can you open task manager?

Yes in safe mode,should i try in normal setting

Open task manager and click on the processes tab.
See if there is something called Spyware Protect 2009 running.
If there is highlight it and click end process.
Then try updating Malwarebytes.

no there is no spyware 2009 but i am still in safe mode would this make a difference

Have you any internet access whilst in Safe mode with networking?

........try running it on the infected computer.
