Dominos Pizza

After about a 6 month break - after Dominos "did us out of" some free Chicken Strippers - I emailed "customer services" TWICE - No Response
Last Night - we decided to give Dominos the benefit of the doubt and placed an order "on-line" for 7pm delivery - bearing in mind that we live in the middle of a town (not out in the sticks) - our food arrived 30 minutes late and cold - obviously the sat nav was not working !!
What is the procedure to claim a refund ?
Local or Central - plus why won't they respond to my emails ?

Ring the store I emailed customer service once about an issue they were very unhelpful and told me to ring my local store!0

When we ordered, our food came late, driver got lost and my pizza looked as if it was burnt. when i rang up the store claimed that they didnt have our order, even though i quoted the order from the lable on the box! I then said, if you didnt deliver it how did the pizza get to me., It took about 5-10 mins for them to agree to a replacement pizza. I did get a phonecall later on to apologise and to check if the replacement was satisfactory!:beer:In My 'Permanant' Pre-Masters Gap Year

Speak to the store manager. Had a situation few years back, the manager was very sympathetic, giving me his direct number, in case of future problems.0

I once replied to the automatic email you get after placing an order. It took a good week but I got a response asking from my phone number so the store manager could contact me. He called and as I recall I got a replacement for an order that had gone wrong, it was the wrong pizza. I have stopped using them mind you since I have also experienced the very late and cold pizza, on several occasions (although with an apology, but no offer to do anything about it) and dont want the hassle of continuing to complain. I use pizza hut now.0

Not had this experience with domino's but have with pizza hut. On one occasion it arrived cold and we called up and they sent a replacement - but wanted the cold one back and not eaten!!! Another time we had a burnt pizza delivered, they refused to send a replacement so we went to the store and got a refund. Have never ordered with pizza hut since then.0

I have found that the pizzas can stay hot for over an hour so I find it hard to believe it was cold, maybe not piping hot, but not cold.
If the store manager won't resolve the issue you can talk to the area manager. Just ask for their number from the manager.
Also, screaming and shouting does not solve issues (just incase you do do that). If there were any rude customers to me (mistakes get made) I would note on their customer info that they are rude.0 -

Thats not good CS by Dominoes. We once order from Pizza Hut, pizza came burnt with hardly any toppings. rang the store up and they said we can have another pizza delivered free next time!
A different small pizza delivery place did the same to use years ago. The store manager came to visit us out of the blue after our delivery, to apologise that the oven was not heating properly and to offer a refund or free pizza! (but wecould not find any problem with the pizza!)0
