I once had an issue with my dominos order. Like others my local one doesn't deliver to my postcode despite only being about 4 miles away, so I went into the shop and got my pizzas....buy one get one free, very :money: I didn't check them before I left the store, which I perhaps should have done, but whne I got home my partner's choice of topping was fine, but when I opened mine it was not what I ordered and had all the toppings I don't like. When I looked at the side of the box, it had someone else's name on the order lable. I phoned the branch and spoke to the manager who was excellent, apologised profusely and said they would deliver the pizza I ordered to my house, and I could keep the other one. Very impressed with their service, no arguing or stropping required :T
I agree with the Asda comment and have always done this if having a girlie night in or we've got a few people coming round for drinks/football etc. Only problem comes when it's half ten at night, you've had a few drinks and start to fancy a pizza and Asda is shut.
It's been hit and miss with dominos for us, sometimes it's spot on but there have been a couple of occassions when we've had to wait a long time and it's not been that hot so we've jut stuck it in the oven for a few minutes. If we don't have vouchers there is a particular website that we use that always tends to have discount codes for them, not sure if I'm allowed to post the url though?
