I take it that there's something external to the thread on the forum? Do you have a website address? I can PM you, but I think I might like to read quite a bit of her stuff.

Morning Peeps

Up at right time and no panicing - clothes on with minimal hassle and I am even wearing heels (those that look good, feel good and therefore encourage productivity and well-being)

Still smiling re Ebay sales. VAT return not in bank yet but it will come and that will also make me smile. (Of course, lay in bed last night and began to do the whole 'what if its lost in the post, what if accountant never got it etc etc, but told myself firmly to wise up, and wise up I did)

All in all Monday 13/09/10 is going to be a good day, I can feel it.

I tried the fly lady thing once but kept getting bombarded with all these emails telling me what to do and I just couldn't keep up with it either!!

Sometimes we do need to give ourselves a good talking to, its easy to spend hours worrying about the what if's, so its good to stop that train of thought when you catch yourself and start being positive.
