It makes me so angry that you need the money and their not paying promptly, which in turn causes you all this stress that you don't deserve. I could cry on your behalf tonight!LBM Aug 09: £18,650.47 - Current: £12,854.93 (£5946.79)
Barclays: £2,928.34 Lloyds: £2,499.60

Surveys: £6.60/£40.000 -
ok, if (and again, perspective, there is no reason for it too) the bank recalled your overdraft, it wouldnt be the end of the world. you could open a parachute account with another bank, whether it be the business overdraft or personal, treat the OD as a debt to be tackled, which in all honesty it is. and move forward.
If they removed your cheque facility, you could pay by bill payment or transfer...
but every problem babe is "if". it hasnt yet happened. You have said yourself that you realise the error you made this month and that in itself is a big thing. if you didnt know why or where or how then the above scenarios after quite a period of time may happen. But you are on top of it. you HAVE DEALT WITH IT ALREADY.
close your eyes for a second. breathe in deeply then breath out deeply, let the worries go. open your eyes and look at the problem rationally without the fog of panic and realise that your fears are just that.
Big hugs, xxdebt @05/11/11 £12210.63!! slowly chipping away!!:heart2:impossible is nothing.:heart2:0 -
Awh thanks hun.
They are not yet in arrears - these payments are due for Julys invoices and they have 30 days to pay. I am just working on when they normally pay. I cant contact them until the 30 days are up and by then they will have probably paid. I spent alot of time in April getting them all up to date and dont now let any get into arrears.
What really happened this month is the rhubarb saga and needing apples a week early. Business is improving very well but that means expenses are too and of course we need to pay for the ingredients before we get paid for the pies!LBM Feb 2010 £62,700 Total Debt Jan 11 [STRIKE]£49,403.84[/STRIKE] £47,530.32.

Yes again you are right and I am calming myself down.....cant really work out what the outcomes are going to be as my head is still melted, but will tomorrow.
As I had said earlier this month, I am planning to get a 'slush fund' by means of reducing the overdraft by as much as poss in the coming months and by only paying what I need to rather than paying as much as I can in a given day. This, I hope, will stop such occurances happening again.LBM Feb 2010 £62,700 Total Debt Jan 11 [STRIKE]£49,403.84[/STRIKE] £47,530.32.

Can you not pass any charges onto the person who has bounced the cheque on you. Wish I could be of more help i know how frustrated you are with this and just when you were turning a corner, this is not major as said before its just another stubbling block and you will get through it. Just think things have been alot worse and you have always made it through, talk to your bank they may be more understanding if you do that. Then go and make up with DH dont go to bed on an arguement.MARCH 2016 DEBT £25750/ £25035
