Letter from the court today saying the bailiffs had visited by ex-LL but she wasn't in
I was reading another website and it says they sell items for 10% the original value. Now I'm worried because I don't know how anyone can have £9000 worth of non-essential stuff. I guess I will just have to wait and see if the bailiffs come up with anything.

Find out where they are selling the chandelier and go along and buy it?!
That would be poetic justice.0 -
So apparently my ex-landlandy never got the letter about the court hearing which was held on the 15th Jan. She had tried contacting the court several times to find out when it would be including faxing (so she has proof) but to no avail. They finally decided on the 2nd Feb that a new hearing should be held. I didn't find any of this out until yesterday. I had the warrant issued on the 5th Feb so don't know if I will ever see that £55 again. Why did the court let me issue the warrant?
It was like a kick in the stomach finding out that we would have to go to court again. New date set for April.Mum to DD born Oct 2009

Hi DeeDeeliz thanks for dropping by - it was quite the long story, thanks for taking the time to read it all!
Yes, by day I'm a business manager and by night and weekend a PA/book-keeper/events manager - I have 3 clients (and a 4th coming on soon, my hairdresser!) - even though I am trying to cut down, it's always the way!MFW #185
