She'll say she never received the card and therefore how could she pick it up.
You just :rolleyes: that someone could besmirch the Royal Mail and show proof of posting ....... then point to prior correspondence the LL had with you about the dispute and that she stopped corresponding.
Take another copy of your documnets with you
Worst case: the judge postpones but you make sure she puts a servicable address on record to the court.0 -

I thought you sent it special delivery. Shouldn't they have tried to deliver it on the 12th? Or did you post it on the 14th?
I wouldn't worry, you have proof you sent it as required to by the court. She can try to say she hadn't received it (or received the card) but I hope the judge wouldn't delay the case for that reason given her history of things "not being received".
Has she provided you with any documentory evidence? if not she can't use it in court.0
