Like they said, you've got proof that you've made every reasonable effort to get the information to her in time. You used the address supplied by her to the court, and you sent it via a secure medium. What more can you do!

    Good luck!

My fear is that she knew she was going to do this, and by putting a c/o address on file we cannot get bailiffs in or anything else as we won't know where she really lives.

    Based on this:

Registering a charge on a property can lead all the way to enforcing a sale. Is she the registered owner for the property you left?

If you pursue the Oral Examination route that can lead to impisonment if she fails to attend.

I'd just stress that the previous Judge accepted the LL's address and is it not contempt of court to have given a false address .....

Hi irnbru, she owns the flat we left (the one we used to rent). She also owns the property / address we initially registered at the court. Plus she owns a 3rd property locally that we initially had on our contract docs when we first started.

So you have at least one route to pursue if the LL does not attend.

Have the expenses been racked up sufficiently to make a charging order easy yet.... or do we need to add in the balliffs....

Argh, sounds like more costs on our part... bottomless pitt... The only costs we have on file at the mo is the £80 court fee.

"Mrs. Pench, you've won the car contest, would you like a triumph spitfire or 3000 in cash?" He smiled.
Mrs. Pench took the money. "What will you do with it all? Not that it's any of my business," he giggled.
"I think I'll become an alcoholic," said Betty.

I'd hope they offer a before and after total-satisfaction package?
