DD2 managed a similar soaking there today by showing off to her friend in the fountain thing - luckily my flying hasn't extended to my car:p, so we were able to kit her out in DD1's outdoor games kit which she brought home from school last week for washing....;)
Last summer DS managed to step in a 'puddle' there and ended up waist deep in water rather surprising the ducks. We couldn't rescue him for laughing:rotfl::rotfl:
I'm glad it's not just mine.:cool:0 -

Nuttyrockeress - I know I couldn't believe they wanted £99. Apparently Johnsons charge by width and as each curtain was over 2 metres wide thats why it was so much. My local independant cry cleaner charge by weight (about £5.20 a kilo) so worked out better value. The children's curtains were filithy, dusty and covered in mucky fingerprints. I just hope they come up clean for all the brass
.
I haven't got cracking in the lving room. I got waylayed in the twins room. With the curtains down and the sun beaming in, it was showing up every bit of dust and ick.
I have also been out to get two new tyres fitted so that is another thing off the to do list.Twins, twice the laughs, twice the fun, twice the mess!:j:j0 -

Afternoon all,
I've been feeling blurgh today and most of yesterday. I started feeling sick going around Tesco and it got worse from there, i went to bed at 8.30 last night and woke up feeling sick again. I haven't been sick but it has been coming out the other end( sorry tmi ). I've hardly moved off the sofa all day and the house is a tip. I don't know how it can get so messy so quickly. I've started to feel slightly more human so i'm going to get the boys to help me with the dailies.
I got a chicken out of the freezer Saturday, it wasn't fully defrosted by Sunday morning and i didn't get around to cooking it Sunday, yesterday i felt too rough to cook it so does anyone think cooking it today would be ok? I doubt i'll be eating it but i don't want to make the kids sick.
I'll sort my list in the vain hope of crossing something off.
