:Tmacpep - I'm with you on no alcohol during Lent - I do this challenge every year and have NEVER lost weight with it (there must be more calories in tea and coffee :rotfl:er... or perhaps the bikkies that you HAVE to have with a brew).

Hi everyone,
Took Friday off as I'd been very good all week, but done a bit of a blitz this morning so it's all good. Our friend just came round with his little girl so I've been reading stories and generally being jumped on for the last few hours, so now will enjoy a well earned slob with competitions! Have a lovely weekend everyone!

Just waiting for neighbour to come back - she'd invited DS2 to play with her nephew, we've rushed back and now she isn't in. I could have stopped of at Mr T's on the way home if I'd known and DS2 was really looking forward to it. The little lad is due to go back home at 4.30, so this was a bit of a waste of time. Since coming back I've unpacked some shopping, emptied and re-loaded WM and TD. Also just realised that I forgot to buy a proper exercise book to help DS2 with his writing.Just having a few minutes on the sofa, hoping that neighbours will turn up soon. I had sent her a text, but it looks like she didn't get it.

Hope you're all well, haven't had a chance to catch up (AGAIN) and i don't think that's going to change any time soon sadly. Well until a lottery win releaves my from having to work for a living anyway!
Off up to Wigan tomorrow to watch my boys - hoping for a repeat of the game at WHL earlier in the season but not confident. Although atm i'd take a scruffy 0-1!
Dad has been laid up all week with a bad back - he's normally 6ft 4 but looks no more then 5ft 4 atm, shouldn't laugh but it's funny!
Big hugs, congratulations, happy birthdays and any *necessary vibes* as and where needed.
Our house is looking better then ever with the lists to follow - with a routine it's leaving plenty of time for other jobs that were forever being put off because things needed tidying/cleaning first and tbh working full time nobody could be ars*d! so BIG thank you to piggers for the lists, toots for your wonderful, unwavering support, soappie for being a wonderful assistant and to the flylady family - you're all luverly, and wonderfulyl supporting to all, old and new.
Big hugs to Toots and Lady_L! x0 -

I may get Friday's list done tomorrow by the teens - I don't do their rooms most of the time.
I have also done most of my planning - thank you toots for the reminder! I'm looking forward to Year 8 this halfterm, Food and Drink topic, so we'll be starting with having breakfast this week! I bought the brioche and pain au chocolat in France on Thursday. I won't be offering to make hot chocolate, but I may stretch to lemon squash if I remember to buy plastic cups tomorrow.
Penpen- is it 52 this week, or have I missed it already???
Jinky - I love the kitten smiley!!It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -
Washing now dry, some folded and away, the rest is waiting for tomorrow morning to be ironed!
