    I'm in too. I'd already decided that I need to sort out my "inbox" and desk areas. So . . . I shall be starting tonight with getting the inbox sorted, and trying to keep it that way. Will move on to the desk next week :)

    Lots to do and no motivation. Little steps seems like a nice idea- Hey I just realised motivation rhymes with procrastination.
    Shame I've got so liitle of one and am expert at the other.
