went for an interview last thurs, the lady who organised the interview said that they are letting people know quite quickly if the are sucessful or not, and there are no second interviews, also the training for the position start the beginning of march.
at the end of my interview (which i assumed went ok)... the interviewer said, notes from your interview will be now sent to a panel to decide, i dont make the decisions, you should be informed in about a week (A WEEK!!!???) and you may be called back for second interview? (conflicting the info from the lady in the recruitment dept)
however i still havent heard anything and its driving me crazy!!! no call, no email, no letter?
i checked on the website (several times per day!) at the status of my application and just says first interview.

my brother says i am being impatient, but the job sounds soo cool. i am sitting in work typing this feeling sooo low, i just want out of this place.

what do you guys think, honestly?

shall i give up on that place and carry on looking or keep fingers crossed????

It is only Tuesday, but I would give them a ring if you're really wanting to know. You'll look keen, even if they haven't made a decision yet.

only one minor grr moment I forgot to sort out the script on my site so I can't get emails. I know that some dribblers very kindly mentioned me to friends. Please give my apologies to anyone who used the form because it ain't bloody working... grrrrrrrrr
Other than that just trying to sort some bits out for the wedding show this weekend. I am just trying to relax as much as possible!

I'd be inclined to give them a call just to recheck as if they are expecting people to start at the beginning of March then folks are going to start running into notice period problems with current jobs, surely? Beginning of March isn't that far away (and better weather, please, please, please).

i know i should just wait, but the suspense is killing me! ha ha
expecially as i feel i have soo much riding on it, as i officially HATE MY JOB!
its not even the job so much its just a certain few individually and the management stucture, its so cliquey and nasty, i really really dislike the place.
the place were i went for interview sounds amazing, similar job, but amazing pay (compared to what im currently on) and fantastic bonus stucture.

arrrrrggggggghhhhhhh wish i had a answer!

I made a baby step regarding the Country Markets - I've at least decided which one to approach about selling my cakes through them and I'm going to see them on Friday morning.

On the downside though, I'm feeling a bit fed up with Usborne. Other than visiting toddler groups and doing the table top sales, I'm not really sure how to move into other areas. I do feel like the other organisers in the area have got most of the other options sewn up, but a lot of my problems are that I don't have the confidence to approach anyone about the books outside of my current contacts.

think the reason im frightend to call is incase i have a rejection letter in the post, omg im so daft!

think il give it until thurs, and if i havent heard anything i call, as least i will have given it a week as thew interviewer said.

normally if unsucessful the will send a letter, and sucesfull they will call, right?,

i keep checking my application status on the web, but would they notify me before they change the status on the web or change the staus on the web then notify me? especially if unsucessful???

moi dislike suspense!!!

Anybody else noticed that everyone just seems to want to watch on eBay, and not buy? Got so many watchers but very little bids!!

Wow - just checked my ebay and I have 5 watchers on a Monsoon dress! Let's hope there's a bidding war!

I did also manage to sell some more candles the other day, so that's another £19 to add to the kitty.
