Em - so true, and the timing made me laugh. OH just asked me what I was typing, and I said I am writing a message for Skintbint, he just looked at me and said 'whats that?'. :rotfl:saying it out loud made it seem even more surreal!!

Helllooooo bride, you do realise we have some very talented bods making various items that are wonderful for weddings that as much as you might make £10k you'll spend half of it on here too! :rotfl:

Lilac, Sterling Silver gets my vote! Hows your eye today?

    Toots - awwwww.

wow!! I have posted on the ebay forums for some basic info on shops and a seller of costume jewellery has offered to mentor me!! How cool is that, he has already given me loads of info and tips that I shall be following up on... I am amazed, I really wasn't expecting that kind of reply....

Off to do some more research..

turns out ally was really cool about the sale and gracefully accepted the £1 and asked if i needed change lol he has already left great feedback on ebay and the bikes way to decent for 75p so all went well .told him all about the site and our forum he was more interested in the selling of the punk cd and said he might have to drag his box of vinyls out of the attic :j
munchki pleased you have had a great weekend :T
skint look at you buisiness woman of the year although you've now got competition my 75p is nothing compared to £500 so i think i'm now away to buy 5 pictures for £10 last of the big spenders :rotfl:
So finally debt free and it feels amazing however continuing here to stay debt free.Next declutter house and body and finally swim under that waterfall x

  • Havent managed to get on for a few days so know I have missed lots.....I have sold a few things on ebay, well 2 things and made £40 so happy with that, but major bad news oh has found out this week that his job that was meant to be 'safe' for 4 years is not and they are all likely to be made redundant in about a month to a month and half.....really worried about money situ now, he wont hear of me going back to work properly at the mo, hes q traditional and our youngest is only 10 months but so scared about how we will manage if he cant find another ft job straightoff....dont really know extent of benefits etc we may be entitled too.....seems so scary not to have a ft income. Think is a big kick up backside re my efforts to make extra money thou, we will need it! I am off to try find some free bingo for some light relief anyone know of a good site???
  • OH just told me he likes my first wedding guestbook, and actually sounded like he did. Its made me question if he thinks I make crud the rest of the time, but I'm feeling very happy :)
    Signature down for maintenance :rotfl:
  • if someone could pm me re the bingo sites, one you have tried and found good I would appreciate that, as seem to lose touch with the thread every few days...thanks alot
