Hi guys, just found this thread today, am I too late to join in your challenge? I would love to make an extra £10k this year, as that is the grand some of my debts, or there abouts. Also got a wedding and house deposit to save for! Hope to do most of this through ebay and overtime. Listed my bridesmaid dress I wore a few months back on ebay tonight as my first step!

Reading your chat today has been a real inspiration, hope I can do as well as you guys!

You see I'd be a plated girl. I can wear anything without a reaction and also I tend to wear something to death for a couple of weeks and then not look at it again, so cheap and cheerful all the way for me :) Not a big jewellery wearer though.

Lilac: Definetely sterling silver for me. I like my jewellery to last for ages and find silver plate goes icky after a while.

Still not won anything on Costa :mad:lol

It makes me laugh that i now 'know' people called Munchki, jo70mo, Skint, MMTWGR, Moneymabel, Saucy, Crafty Toots, 2cats1kid, mambury, nixinixi etc... and that you've all become such a big part of my life :) Who'd have thought it! xxx

I completely agree about everyone on this thread - Munchki and I were talking about what an absolutely fantastic group of people we have here, and are proud to call each one of you friends, virtual or not.

Lilac, I vote for Sterling, I won't wear anything that is likely to leave me green after a few wears.

Wow moneymabel, go you! :j I'd be scared silly!

    Welcome Bride!

Wayne - its hard to comment yet as there are no products there. but once you have some there and have removed the redundant bits it should look a lot better. It looks like it could do with a bit of tidying up but will be a lot easier to offer advice on that when you have your products on. for example where it says your tagline here you can get rid of that by deleting the text but not replacing it with anything A bit like you did with the title but you replaced that with your title. in the tagline you do not need to put anything but then you need to delete the demo text they have put there if that makes sense.
Also your title does not need to be without spaces even though your web address has no spaces if that makes sense. It reads easier with the spaces you would normally expect to see between words.
hope that helps for now. See you can do it!

Cheers, yeah i want to get some pics (but cant do that till i get some t shirts!).
That bit at the top where it says 'your tag line here' needs to go, plus all them silly photos of cameras and printers. Ive even lost my 'about us' section.
All this techy stuff is really mind boggling to me, ive only ever been a basic internet user, and designing a web page is like a big challenge:o:rotfl:
    Anyway thanks for the tips:beer:

See I personally hate silver plate although i do use it in Tiaras. Always wonder if people have a real preference. To me sterling says quality plate says cheap but maybe I am a jewellery snob :)
