Morning!
If you want advice as you move forward as a social or creative entrepreneur, get in contact with your local council as they'll have an enterprise/business support team and may be able to point you in the right direction.
The following information might be useful to some of you - particularly to anyone close to Brighton, East Sussex. I'm not linked to this organisation in any shape or form, just found it on the internet.
"Do you consider yourself to be a social or creative entrepreneur? BScene is a completely FREE fortnightly networking and training event in. We welcome budding or fully fledged creative and social entrepreneurs at all stages of their business to share, play and grow with us...
SOCIAL MEDIA - BScene Week 12 Tuesday February 23 - Claire Stokoe from Fresh Egg will be running a workshop on Social Media which is about finding people, creating relationships and developing brand awareness through those relationships using sites such as Facebook and Twitter. She will also be giving away a bunch of free tools which you can use. http://www.freshegg.com

Morning - hand a bit better today, so have to do some catching up (not least reading the last six pages!).
Have already had a £10 win on Bingo Britain this morning (although let's see if I can get any money out at the end of the bonus period...), and have got bids and watchers to the sum of £6.00 on my ebay stuff. Also, sold one more £6.00 book on Amazon last night, and they've started a transfer of £33.00 to my account.
Let's see if I can keep up with that flying start!
Plans for the day:
Organise my teaching for next week...and...that's it. It's like cat-herding:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Stage one - declutter
Stage two - sell the clutter

On the note of help for businesses, if you are in the East
http://www.foundationeast.org/
They give loans to businesses to get set up, no credit checks, they go on how good your Business sounds.
They gave us £16k to buy a licence to fish for our boat when the banks wouldn't. Interest is a bit higher than the banks, but the businesses they invest in have a 90% success rate.
Not advertising, just trying to help someone, maybe sheloveshimsomuch? Wherever you are!turn £100 into £10000 in 2010 member #16 £567.68/£10,000 -I'm a wiggly worm, I'm a wiggly worm, how do you do, I love you, I'm wiggly worm!0 -
