Thanks so much for your ideas
I think she feels tied down and let down, the babys dad let her down now she feels she has no one and she struggles on her own
I do try to help as much as possible but she needs to take responsbility as well, and she can act out and be spoilt and selfish if the need takes her so she is difficult, she can also be really negative, the doctors have tried putting her on anti depressants put she doesnt take them so its frustrating
I will try and put a few ideas into practice though and see if it helps
My 10 year old adores her niece and would want to be whereever she was lol
Hopefully when we move I might have more time
thanks for all your help0 -

HI everyone and huge huge hugs to all those that need them! xx
Just to say I arrived about an hour ago, two cups of coffee later and a now cracked windscreen later I almost feel human again! I feel like I can breathe here and I feel safe here and I have no other way of explaining it.
Been sat here reading and there is so much I want to comment to but think pm might be best as in some instances have been there done that!I am somebody. I am me. I like being me. And I need nobody to make me somebody! Louis L'Amour0 -
evenstar - have you tried packing her off to sure start groups, worked for my SIL, she was 15 when she had my niece and didn't have a clue what to do with her. She signed up for surestart days, mums and babies and young mums club, they have trained ursery nurses there and activities ad most importantly, other mums with similar problems. World doesn't seem like such a bad place when you have a friend. Just a thought, don't know if it would work.turn £100 into £10000 in 2010 member #16 £567.68/£10,000 -I'm a wiggly worm, I'm a wiggly worm, how do you do, I love you, I'm wiggly worm!0

Well I've sorted out my eBay stuff. Just need to list it now but the munchkin is being a grump!
Did sort through all his baby clothes earlier but I can't bring myself to sell them! Putting them up the loft for now, will come in handy if I have another sprog.
I think I may start looking into craft fayres etc next.0 -
What happened with the windscreen, Munchki? You must be due some good lck soon - I have a feeling that some kind of opportunity will reveal itself this weekend.
Evenstar - there are some ´collectors´for whom the smellier the better ... I´ll be posting a list of required info soon for anyone who wants to list their shoes on my site.0 -

*swears under her breath* went under bridge that had roadworks on it and a piece of something hit my mindscreen and crraaaaaaack. I have a 75 pound bit to pay to have it replaced and I dont have the cash. I dont even have the cash to attend the interviews for next week. Oh well going to try and forget about it for a day or so as there is nothing I can do to change either situation at the moment. If it is meant to be something will help make it happen and all the worrying in the world wont change the outcome in either fashion.
Amber, I would be interested for you to expand on your thoughts of revealing lol.....and yes, something has to give soon.I am somebody. I am me. I like being me. And I need nobody to make me somebody! Louis L'Amour0 -
Evenstar - please don't think I'm saying you don't help her enough. It sounds like you do loads. Just wondering if there are ways you can do it so you feel less put upon and that help her learn take more responsibility. childrens centre can be great.
Big big hugs to you and hope you manage to get some of your stuff done now.
