This forum is for all advice and talk about ebay. Therefore you will have it pointed out to you, quite strongly I suspect that your example is called shill bidding and is forbidden on ebay and very very frowned upon by other users.
Using an associated account to bump up prices may result in both accounts being suspended, so I would suggest you limit your account to be used only by yourself.
