Friend keeps looking what I am buying...

My friend keeps looking what I am buying or watching on ebay and being as it was him who set up my computer he knows my ebay name I use. I'm getting really fed up of it, and he does it to all the circle of friends, he's been told about it as he looks at really personal stuff.
So could I have a second account? - as I look at stuff which he would probably want and I don't like him stalking what I'm doing! Is it possible to have a 2nd account? I don't want to change my original user name as its got great feedback. So I'd like to keep that but use a 2nd account with a different user name one for just some of the time.

Yes you can set up as many accounts as you like. You do have to have a separate email address for each account though.0

Chivvy if I do that, then can I use the same credit card to set up my paypal for it then?0

If you change your user name you do not lose your feedback. It is all transferred to the new id.
Have you talked to your "friend" telling him to stop what he is doing?? Maybe he doesn't know you don't like it. If you have told him to stop doing that but he still searches your bidding history then he is completely out of line  .
Edit: I have just re-read your OP and found that he has already been told. I don't understand how he doesn't respect his friends' privacy.I

He doesn't need a password to see what you're bidding on. You can see what anyone has bid on by using advanced search and putting in the bidder's id.I

Once you had your new account up and running, you could merge your old one with it - keeping your feedback but hopefully preserving your anonimity. (sp?)My TV is broken!

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
I'd make the joke on him by setting up some dodgy auctions on a new id and "buy" a few dodgy items. Get some other mates at it also. Or better still put HIM up for sale! Just a picture offering him for sex or the like. You'll know when he sees it. Just tell him its payback for being a nosy !!!!!!."The darkness has no answers"0

You can see when people have changed their name, and still search for their old name.
You can have a 2nd account, as long as you use a different email address and don't bid on any items you're sellingMurphy's No More Pies Club #209
