i did and still had no luck also ever since i ran that rkill software before i can now only go on the internet but nothing else

Hi think i have it fixed, did a thorough clean with avast took nearly 4 hours, logged on this morning and windows defender came up with warning found trojan horse, delete? pressed ok, and logged off when finished. back on this lunch and so far so good no pop up with silly "buy this now for $$$$", hoping this has done the trick, knowing my luck thou not fixed, keep cleaning every day, will update!!

Might be best if you downloaded the latest version of Malwarebytes from filehippo.com.
When downloaded open it and then update it and then run a scan.
If Malwarebytes finds anything nasty let it delete it and copy & paste the Malwarebytes log file in a new thread.
