  • my cc company said there was a couple of small transactions (not mine) of £2, £5, one of which was to a music store. I think whoever it is tries the card first before going for the big one. The other transactions were for £400, £600 and £900. Good job my bank stopped the card on the 1st suspicious transaction.

If other people are having probs then either this site has been compromised or someone on the inside is helping themselves to the info. (If it is this site....looks very suspicious though)

I have an address of where the goods were requested to be sent, the boys in blue will get the same info.

Cant say I have had any problems yet, had a delivery off of them and they we`re very helpful on the phone, It could well be that the site has been hacked as the company have admitted that the site crashed last week due to the amount of orders it had.

How odd - I've also been getting an email asking for my CV since placing an order on this site. I did receive my order though so I think the company is legit !

I wonder if they have been hacked and don't know it !

i don't think the company is bogus

i do think they have been hacked

they could never admit it or warn us as
    nobody would order anything again

There are 36 items in clearance corner at the moment (20.30 Friday night).

However, I'm not playing with these guys anymore - I've removed all my details from my account (better safe than sorry).

    Welovedeals posted -
Ive had to cancel my CC today because someone's been using my card to send items purchased online to a house at Crest Avenue, Grays. Which isnt my address.

Bit of a weird co-incidence that there is a firm who design websites in Crest Avenue - have a look Crest Avenue, Grays!!!!

Just wonder who designed Think4's? Have been very unhappy with this company throughout and have also deleted my card details and altered my account. Nothing untowrds showing on my bank account transactions yet but will keep a close eye on things for a week and then change my card just incase.
  • Just checked with my credit card provider and there have recently been attempts to charge to my account; fortunately their security checks trapped them.

Update: this could have been caused by a key logger so no reason to suspect that this was related to this thread.

I'm starting to feel very uncomfortable about all of this (even though I don't appear to have been targeted yet)..

I'm wondering if I should phone Barclaycard now and get them to check.. What do they do ? Just issue a new card ?

When I was trying to place my order Internet Explorer (I guess it was that) said that some sort of security check/id did not match that of the Think4 site. I was a little concerned but I guess a bit to anxious to try to get a Nokia headset (which they didn't have anyway). Have checked my Egg and Nationwide card and nothing taken out of them yet.
