Sounds odd and why would world pay include a name? I think I validated my purchase through a securepay pop-up on the site, though i may be wrong.

Yeah i went through the secure thing too and it wasnt worldpay.

I take it you mean the 'Hello im dave' bit? the only thing thats freaking me out is that it was for the same amount as my order!

Our order waS cancelled too and i had the dodgy email from dodgy Dave but not through the headseat order as my partner ordered it

Hi All,

Has anyone else had credit card problems since ordering with these guys?

Ive had to cancel my CC today because someone's been using my card to send items purchased online to a house at Crest Avenue, Grays. Which isnt my address. (I have further details which im passing on to the relavant people.)

Its probably just a co-incidence. I havent used my card much other than for this which is why im curious if anyone else has had issues.

Thanks im aware of those, doesnt apply here though. I dont use worldpay, I entered my CC details on the site itself and would never give any information to any other site.

I have managed to re-order and have managed to get most of what I wanted:

1 x black headphones
1 x white headphones
1 x Nokia Headset.

I have just had a call from them about the items not in stock. My order is being packed to be shipped today.

Thought I would check the status of the 8gb Creative Zen Micro..
It was £60 (and apparently sold out), but amazingly they now have 79 in stock. Interesting, seeing as they were allegedly "clearance" previously and nobody got 1 of them.
